Terms and Conditions
These terms are the agreement between you and National Casino. By registering and playing, you accept them, so it is worth reading them once in full. We have ordered this summary the way the terms actually affect you — from opening an account through to closing one — and named the catches that most often cause a problem. This page is a plain-English overview; the binding version is the full legal text, and where the two differ, the full text applies.
Eligibility and Your Account
To hold an account with National Casino you must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to gamble where you are located. Access depends on your country or territory, and play is offered only where permitted; restricted regions are listed in the full terms. By registering you confirm you meet these conditions.
The single most important account rule is this: one account per person. Duplicate accounts — whether to claim a bonus twice or otherwise — are the most common reason a withdrawal is voided, which is why it leads our rules. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity on your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
Verification (KYC)
Before your first withdrawal, and sometimes sooner, we verify your identity and age. You agree to provide accurate documents — a photo ID and, where asked, proof of address — and to keep your account details current. The name on your account must match the name on your payment method; a mismatch is the usual cause of a paused payout. We may suspend withdrawals until verification is complete, which protects both you and us against fraud.
Deposits and Withdrawals
You deposit and withdraw in the currency and method available to your account, with minimums, maximums and timings set out on our banking page. A withdrawal is processed only from a verified account, and we may hold or decline a transaction we reasonably believe is linked to fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these terms. Player funds are handled with care and the conditions that apply are shown again when you deposit.
Bonus Terms
Bonuses are optional, and taking one means accepting its conditions. The key rules:
Wagering. A bonus and any winnings from it must be wagered a set number of times before they can be withdrawn. The requirement is shown with each offer.
Partial withdrawal. If you withdraw before wagering is complete, you forfeit the outstanding bonus and the winnings tied to it. Finish the playthrough first.
Maximum bet. While a bonus is active, a maximum stake per spin or hand usually applies; exceeding it can void the bonus.
Game weighting. Games contribute to wagering at different rates — slots typically 100%, table games much less. Check the weighting before you rely on a game to clear a bonus.
Full bonus conditions sit alongside each offer and on the bonus page. If a bonus is not for you, you can decline it at the cashier with no penalty.
Fair Play
Our games use a certified random number generator, and our live games use real equipment dealt by trained dealers. Independent testing houses audit our games for fairness. In return, you agree not to use automated software, exploit a fault, or collude with other players. We reserve the right to void bets and winnings that result from a technical malfunction or a clear breach of fair play, and we will explain our reasoning if we do.
Responsible Gambling
You are responsible for gambling within your means. We provide tools — deposit and loss limits, time-outs, self-exclusion and reality checks — described on our responsible gambling page, and we may intervene if we see signs of harm. Setting a limit before you play is the simplest way to keep control.
Closing an Account
You can close your account at any time by contacting support. If you hold a withdrawable balance, we pay it out before the closure completes, subject to verification. We may also suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, is linked to fraud, or is a duplicate — and where we do, we will tell you why, except where the law prevents it.
Disputes and Our Licence
National Casino operates under a licence from the Government of Curacao. If you have a complaint, our complaints page sets out how to raise it and how to escalate to the licensing authority or an independent dispute-resolution provider. How we handle your personal data is covered in the privacy policy.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms, and we will post the current version here with the date of the latest change. Material changes are notified where required. Continuing to play after an update means you accept the revised terms.
